These luncheon meetings are a fun, casual place for fellow real estate investors to meet on a weekly basis... to discuss ideas, share information, meet other investors and learn what they are doing.

We ask that you share an idea or a news related item as we go along invite a friend to join us at a future meeting. It would be nice if your idea or news item was in writing with several copies to pass around. If you have a good real estate deal or service to present, make it factual and concise. • When you come in to the meeting, have a seat, get to know the people around you, order lunch and get ready to enjoy yourself and learn a lot!


• You'11 see a number of real estate related articles being passed around. Look over the ones that interest you and pass them on to the next person.


• We also pass around a special clip board, and we ask that you sign in with the appropriate phone numbers and e-mail and put $ 2.00 in the slot. Please write legibly.


• We suggest you have a pencil and paper handy so you can take notes, get names and phone numbers of people you meet and want to get to know better, so you can follow through. Collect business cards.


• Everybody gets a chance to speak. When it's your turn, make sure you project your voice so everyone can hear you. Let people know what you're doing, what you'd like to do, and how we may help you.


• After we close the meeting, the networking really begins. The restaurant owner asks that we keep our meeting in this room, so as not to disturb other diners.


• Take a few of our business cards to pass out to friends who might like to join us for a meeting. Invite some one!


• Please put all cell phones on vibrate or if you forget, ask if you can call back! If not, please step outside so as not to disturb others.
